Most issues can be fixed with a quick reset:
Log out and log back in to Dealwriter.
Do not use a bookmarked link. Instead, type the Dealwriter URL directly into your browser.

Make sure:
Your browser is updated to the latest version.
You clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Your computer’s operating system is up to date (Windows or Mac).
Click the upload link provided in Dealwriter.
Log out and log back in using the main Dealwriter URL (not a bookmarked link).
Try uploading again.

Use your deal number in the subject line.
This usually happens due to formatting issues in the entry fields. Please:
Double-check all inputs.
Avoid using special characters like #, @, *, commas, or hyphens in the address or other fields.
